અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિઓ (Adhyayan Nishpatti) ના આધારે

રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકન પત્રક તૈયાર કરવામાં આવે છે.

(District Institute of Education and Training) useful in 33 

Districts. These DIETs give pre-administration and

 in-administration preparing to the essential educators 

of the State. There are seven branches in particular 

Pre-administration Teacher Education (PSTE), Work 

Experience (WE), District Resource Unit (DRU), 

Curriculum Material Development and Evaluation (CMDE), 

Educational Technology (ET), In-administration Field 

cooperation Innovation and Co-appointment (IFIC) and 

Planning and Management PM working in these DIETs.

These DIETs are exceptional with qualified and 

experienced scholarly and managerial staff.

આ એક્ષલ ફાઈલમાં  શ્રુતિ ફોન્ટ અને TIMES NEW ROMAN ફોન્ટનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

SCHOOL ENTRY નામની શીટમાં તમારી શાળાની માહિતી ભરવી.

DATA ENTRY નામની શીટમાં તમારી શાળાની વિધાર્થીઓની માહિતી ભરવી. તેમાં ફક્ત ધોરણ 3 થી 5 ની માહિતી ભરવી.

આ ફાઈલની કોપી કરી ધોરણ 3 થી 5 અલગ અલગ ત્રણ ફાઈલ બનાવી તેમાં ધોરણ 3 , 4 અને 5 ની માહિતી ભરી તેનો ઉપયોગ કરવો.

DATA ENTRY શીટમાં કોઇ પણ રો અને કોલમ ડીલિટ કરવી નહિ કે નવી રો અને કોલમ ઉમેરવી નહી તેમજ  DATA ENTRY શીટની મહિતી જે તે રો અને કોલમમાં બદલાવી નહિ. નહિતર લીંક અને ફોર્મુલા ડિલીટ થઇ જશે.

PATRAK A FRONT SHEET માં કોઈ માહિતી ભરવાની નથી. તેની તમે સીધી જ A4 માં પ્રિન્ટ કરી શકશો.

PATRAK A SHEET માં તમારે ધોરણ , વિષય , અધ્યયન નિષ્પતિ અને સત્ર લખી તેમજ √ , ? , × લખી તમે PATARK A ની કોપી કોરી તેમજ લખીને જાતે પ્રિન્ટ A4 માં કરી શકશો. તેમજ PATRAK Aમાં ક્રમ અને વિદ્યાર્થીના નામ ઓટોમેટીક આવી જશે.

PATRAK B FRONT SHEET માં કોઈ માહિતી ભરવાની નથી. તેની તમે સીધી જ A4 માં પ્રિન્ટ કરી શકશો.

PATRAK B LINK SHEET માં તમારે વિદ્યાર્થીના 5 માંથી ગુણ લખવાના રહેશે. તે SHEET માં ક્રમ અને વિદ્યાર્થીના નામ કુલ ગુણ સત્ર વાઈઝ તેમજ સરેરાશ ગુણ અને સરેરાશ ગ્રેડ ઓટોમેટીક આવી જશે.

PATRAK B LINK SHEET માં તમે કુલ 4 અધ્યયન ક્ષેત્રો ના 40 વિધાનો લખીને બદલાવી શકશો અને A4 માં પ્રિન્ટ કરી શકશો. 

PATRAK B BLANK SHEET માં ક્રમ અને વિદ્યાર્થીના નામ ઓટોમેટીક આવી જશે. તમે તેમાં કુલ 4 અધ્યયન ક્ષેત્રો ના 40 વિધાનો લખીને બદલાવી શકશો અને A4 માં પ્રિન્ટ કરી શકશો. 

તમામ પત્રક A4 સાઇઝમાં પ્રિન્ટ કરી શકાશે. 

30 વિધાર્થીની માહિતી લખી શકાશે. લીંક અને ફોર્મુલા ડિલીટ ન થાય તે માટે જરુરી સેલ લોક અને હાઇડ કરેલા છે.

30 કરતા વધુ વિધાર્થી હોય તો તમારે આ ફાઈલની કોપી કરી તમે તેનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકશો.

PRINT કરતી વખતે તમારા વિધાર્થી સંખ્યા સિવાઇ વધારાના વિધાર્થીઓની સંખ્યાની રો માં બતાવેલ વધારાના ડેટા સિલેક્ટ કરી તમે ફોન્ટ કલર સફેદ કરશો તો તમે બરાબર  PRINT કરી શકશો.

આ ફાઈલ તમારી GOOGLE SHEETમાં ખુલશે ત્યારબાદ તમારે GOOGLE SHEETની ફાઈલ મેનુમાં જઈ ડાઉનલોડમાં જઈ MICROSOFT  EXCEL (.XLS) પર ક્લીક કરવાથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી તમે તેમાં એન્ટ્રી કરી શકો છો.
